You are deserving of all of the love and peace that is beyond what we can ever perceive. 

Once you believe that you are capable of feeling this love and joy you will begin to notice it manifesting in your world. 

You are worthy of love. 

And it begins with acceptance. 

Acceptance of who you are, how you move through the world, 

What’s important to you, how you learn and communicate…

Accepting ourselves is one of the most important lessons we can learn in life and yet, it’s not something that’s widely taught in schools or even talked about in our daily lives.

Until now. 

I have figured out this road map toward self acceptance and I believe it can change the world. 

I believe it will change YOUR world. 

I’ve come to a point in my life where I feel confident that what I have learned and what I get to share is going to change the way you perceive the events of your life from this point on. 

Now, I can show you love and accept you for yourself and you can feel that love for a day or two, 

Or I can teach you how to love yourself 

And you can feel it for as long as long as you choose.

Wouldn’t you choose to feel good more? 

Wouldn’t you WANT to feel good more? 

We all have choices, that’s why our souls chose to come to this earth, to exhibit free will, 

and while sometimes the situations in our lives seem like "why would I have chosen THIS?: powerless, hopeless, confused," these feelings are choices. 

When we begin to recognize that how we feel about these situations is a choice, 

We get to take our power back from the situation itself.  

We get to choose how we feel, what we think, and how we react to every situation in our lives.  

I want to show you how. 

Now, there’s a lot to uncover before we get to making changes that last. 

And yet the more you practice this stuff, and the more energy you put into it, 

The better your results are going to be

And the happier you are going to feel. 

But I can’t do it for you. 

This is something you have to choose for yourself. 

I can hold you accountable for it

but ultimately the decision to walk through these steps lands with you.

We’ve got a lot of history behind us. 

So many years of experiences and life lessons. 

So many years of external influences, those: "Shoulds", "Woulds", "Coulds"

So we’ve got a lot of layers to peel apart. 

Some may be easier than others, 

Some may take a little more care and attention, 

We can go at your own pace. 

To heal through what you’re ready to heal and learn what lessons come up for you through the process. 

You can’t rush your healing 

But these practices can help you along your way. 

Over the years we’ve built up a lot of unhelpful habits. 

Negative self talk, over-apologizing,  devalued self worth, etc. 

None of that is your true self. None of that is your souls purpose. 

That was what we have been programmed to learn from society and the conditioning of our world. 

And here's the thing...

You cant stop doing something. 

You can’t just quit your habits. 

You have to replace them. 

By choosing  to do something else you fill the space that the original habit occupied. 

View these habits as energy. 

As we all know, energy can neither be created nor destroyed, 

So we have all this energy flowing through us,

This powerful energy, 

The energy to create, 

The energy to love, 

The energy to be 

All we have to do to change the negative habits we want to break is redirect the energy towards a new habit that we want to build.

So when we focus that energy towards what brings us joy, we begin to experience more joy. 

It gets to be that simple. 

You have the power to create the life that will bring you the most joy. 

You have the power to choose the thoughts that will bring you peace and happiness. 

You have the power.
